Event Space: 1/2 of an event hall, approximately 5,000 sqm.
Access:
- 5 minutes walk from EXPO MRT Station (Alight at CG1 Expo MRT Station and follow the directions towards Singapore Expo Hall 8)
- 5 minutes walk to bus stop (Board Bus 12, 24, 38 and alight at Bus Stop #96039. Follow the directions towards Singapore Expo Hall 8)
- More than 2,200 parking lots

Event Information:
- CharaExpo is an event that will be held for the first time in June 2015. Japanese content (anime, manga, games, card games, cosplay) is loved all throughout the world, and this event aims to be the place where fans can meet the producers of these contents. Please look forward to the myriad of Japanese contents that we have in store for you.
- Besides the exhibition booth and merchandise booth, CharaExpo will also be inviting Doujin circles, who rarely participate in overseas events, to participate in this event. CharaExpo will also have a “Entertainment Stage”, where fans will have opportunities to communicate with the guests.
- CharaExpo is looking forward to invite animation/game character designers, directors, voice actors, cosplayers and manga artists as guest to share their thoughts and experiences.

Target Attendees:
- 20,000 people

Exhibition Zone:
- Experience content of your favourite characters and purchase related merchandise!

Creator Zone:
- A place where individual content creator can unleash their creativity!

Entertainment Zone:
- Area where content creators and production staffs can showcase their work and interact with audiences! Talk shows, panels and more featuring creators and artistes are available on the stage on both days!

Ticketing:
Early-Bird Special: S$6.00/ticket
- Tickets will be available for purchase at various hobby stores, Sony retail outlets and Peatix's ticketing system in Singapore from mid-April. Please stay tuned for further updates!
*Children 12 years old and under enter for free. Please bring along your school ID for verification. The CharaExpo Committee and staff reserves all right to refuse any free entry if no valid ID was presented.
- Ticket Sales will begin in April!

On-Site Sales: S$8.00/ticket
- On-the-day tickets will be on sale at the venue on the days that CharaExpo is open. Please approach the counter near the entrance to make ticket purchases.

Regulations:

1) Cosplay

Coming in cosplay? Here to take photographs? Just a normal attendee?

Let's make this event safe and friendly for everyone!

For everyone's safety, all attendees should be aware of these CharaExpo guidelines:

- If you are heading to the event in near accurate portrayals of uniform units, such as policemen, don't pretend that you are an authorized personnel on duty

- Do remember to wear jackets or cover up when you are not cosplaying

- Please avoid costumes that remind people of certain individuals or evoke racial discrimination

- Wearing large-sized costumes and full-body suits? Bring along an assistant to protect your costume from damages and from hurting children!

- You don't want to hurt people with your props! Do make sure your props are safe for you and the fellow attendees

- Respect the guests and cosplayers! Please ask before taking any photographs of them. They have the right to reject you if they feel uncomfortable with having their photograph taken

- Please do not harass any attendees.

Please keep in mind that all cosplayers, photographers and attendees are required to follow the Singapore's law on behaviour in public space.

In addition to the above guidelines, cosplayers must accept full responsibility when they cosplay. The organizers and the venue do not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage due to the contents or elements of cosplay. The organizers reserves all rights to demand that you stop cosplaying should there be any complaints from the public about your costume.

2) Lost & Found

If you have lost any items within CharaExpo 2015, please check with the staff at the CharaExpo management booth within the hall. A kind soul may have found your item and passed it to us.

If you have found any lost items at CharaExpo 2015, please pass it to the staff at the CharaExpo management booth within the hall. You will be restoring someone's faith in humanity for the day.

Unfortunately, not all lost items would be found. We urge owners with lost items to file a police report if your lost item was not found.

3) Food & Drinks

There will be no food and drinks for sale within the event. If you are looking for food, please check out the nearest food court and shopping mall in the area. Drinks may be available from various vending machines around Singapore Expo's hall.
