'Plasma Blast' Theme Decks

The Plasma Blast booster packs and theme decks have been revealed! The booster packs will feature Dialga, Palkia, Porygon-Z, and Genesect while the theme decks feature Volcarona and Genesect.

'Plasma Freeze' Theme Decks
Official Release Date: 8th May 2013

Pokemon BW8:

'Plasma Storm' Theme Decks

Official Release Date: 6th February 2013

- The Plasma Storm theme decks will be named "PlasmaClaw," featuring Druddigon, and "PlasmaShadow," featuring Giratina.
- Both cards originate from Plasma Gale.

2012 Worlds Championship Decks

Product images and deck lists have been released for the Worlds 2012 decks!


The Worlds 2012 decks are beginning to appear in retail stores like Target and Walmart for $12.98. The four decks featured are Igor Costa's "Pesadelo Prism Deck," Zachary Bokhari's "CMT Deck," Shuto Itagaki's "Terrakion-Mewtwo Deck," and Chase Moloney's "Eeltwo Deck."
Each package comes with a deck box, pin, and booklet. As usual, the cards cannot be used in official tournaments and feature a special back (though the package only says this in a small blurb on the back - marketing!).

Pokemon BW7:
'Boundaries Crossed' Theme Decks

Official Release Date: 3rd November 2012

- Its theme decks, on the other hand, will feature a brand new Black Kyurem card and White Kyurem card that have not even been released in Japan yet (only EX cards of the two have been released there).
