Regulation
- Playmats and Sleeves that are non-official products/made without the consent of the licensor are not allowed to be used in the tournament.
Deck Regulations:
- Only Japanese version cards can be used.
- Cards of other languages may not be used.
- Fighters are required to use opaque card sleeves so that the back of cards cannot be easily distinguished.
Tournament Structure:
- Swiss Draw Format (Double elimination).
- The number of rounds for the double elimination will depend on the number of participants (fighters to lose 2 matches will be eliminated).
- 1 game per round.
- 1 round is 20 minutes.
- In the case where the match is not finished within the 20 minutes, both players will be disqualified.
Clans:
e.g If a player have have 10 Spike Brothers and 40 Oracle Think Tank in te deck, the deck will be considered as an Oracle Think Tank deck.
- If a player have 25 Spike Brothers, and 25 Oracle Think Tank, the player will have to declare eithe Spike Brothers or Oracle Think Tank during the beginning of the tournament.

How the top 8 will be decided?
- First 2 will be decided by normal placing form the double elimination.
- Only 1 of each NATION is allowed in the 3rd till 8th placing.
e.g If the 3rd place is a player that uses Genesis, a player playing Shadow Paladin who gets 4th will not be included in the top 8 as they are both from the United Sanctuary.

Rules and Regulation
- Neo Standard Format
- Playmats and sleeves that are non-official products/made without the consentof the licensor are not allowed to be used in the tournament
- Tournament will be held in a Swiss Draw Format (Double Elimination).
- Each match will be 30 minutes.
- In the case where the match is not finished within the 30mins, both players will be disqualified.
- The double elimination will continue till we have 7 or less players with full win.
- The last 1-2 players will for the top 8 will be decided by a Lucky Draw (Players who have dropped out or disqualified will not be included).
- Winner will be invited to join the finals in Japan.
