On 31st March 2025 on English Bushiroad Announcement, it was announced for the English version of Cardfight!! Vanguard that the following restriction on cards will take place.

• Fighters' Rule refers to a set of rules that prevent the specific use of cards in official tournaments.
• These rules can be different between the different languages of the game.
• The main reason for those adjustments is because those cards are excessively used by many fighters, promoting less variety in decks.
