A: Tournament Information
1. There will be 3 levels of tournaments:
- Shop Challenge
- Regional Championship
- World Finals (Invite Only)
- Champions from the Regional Championships will receive a sponsored invitation to World Finals to be held in January 2020. Those who came in 2nd or 3rd place will receive a non-sponsored invite to World Fina World Finals ls.
- Non-sponsored invites will not be allowed to be passed down.
- Sponsored invites are allowed to be passed down all the way to 4th place only if the 2nd and 3rd place are unable to attend.
2. Champions of World Finals will receive a sponsored invitation to the next annual World Finals as a returning champion to defend their title.
- This sponsored invitation cannot be passed down.
3. The Shop Challenge will run an individual tournament format for all games.
- Winners of Shop Challenges will receive BYE cards to be used to obtain bye rounds when attending the Regional Champions.
4. For any game which has 385 or more players seated at the start of Round 1, a second tournament will be opened up with the players split evenly between the two using a random method.
- There will be an additional set of prizes for the Top 8/4/3/Champion respectively.
5. The region lock will be lifted for participation, but there will still be a region lock on receiving invite for World Finals.
- Winners receiving both the sponsored and non-sponsored invites must be players currently residing in the respective regions.
- If the winner is not currently residing in the respective region, the invite will be passed down. However, this is limited between players of 1st to 4th place. The winner will still be able to receive the other prizes (i.e. Champion PR, Certificate or Medal).

Eligibility:
- Anyone may participate in any Regional Championships. However, Sponsored & Unsponsored Invites to World Finals may only be claimed by participants residing in the same region where the Regional Championship is being held (Asia-Oceania (AO), Europe (EU), or North/Latin America (NA/LA)).

Side Event:- Format and Regulation:
- Free Fight is organized for players to play simply for fun without competition, while encouraging them to make new friends with other players.
- Free Fight forms will be provided for participants to record who they are playing with during the Free Fight time.
- Players who have at least 2 rounds of matches with 2 different people will be eligible to redeem 1 piece of the Free Fight PR cards.
- Language:
- Only English Edition cards may be used.
- Eligibility:
- For anyone not participating in or have dropped out from the main tournament.
- Redemption:
- After the Free Fight time ends, a redemption period will be announced.
- Prize:
- 1 Side Event PR card of the game played.

Eligibility:
- Anyone may participate in any Shop Challenges.
- Champions of Shop Challenges will be awarded with a BYE Card that grants round bye(s) at a Regional Championship.
- Players holding the card may submit it at any Regional Championship to claim their round bye(s).
Note: Players can hold more than 1 BYE card by participation and winning at multiple Shop Challenges. However, only up to 1 BYE Card can be used in one Regional Championship for one game.
